সম্মানিত গ্রাহক পিসি মাস্টার বিডি এর রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি নিম্নরূপ :–

• ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পণ্য ভাঙ্গা/পোড়া/ জ্বলা/খোলা / পানি যাওয়া ইত্যাদি ইস্যু অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে তবে সেই পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ দায়িক্ত ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে কোনোভাবেই ওয়ারেন্টি পাওয়া যাবে না।  
• আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা বিবরণী দেখে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য ডেলিভারি কর্মী থেকে রিসিভ করার পর তা আপনার নির্দিষ্ট ডিভাইসে সাপোর্ট করছে না অথবা তা এখন আর কিনতে ইচ্ছুক নন, এই জাতীয় কোন কারনে পণ্য ফেরত যোগ্য নয়। কারন আমরা PC-MASTER ডিভাইসে অনেক গুলি লাইসেন্স সহ সফটওয়্যার দিয়ে থাকি। 
• ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য আমাদের কাছ থেকে পরিবর্তন যোগ্য। এক্ষেত্রে আমাদের এক্সপার্টগন পণ্যে ত্রুটি পর্যবেক্ষণ করে তা রি-প্রোগ্রামিং বা পরিবর্তন করার পদক্ষেপ গ্রহন করবেন।
• ত্রুটিযুক্ত পেনড্রাইভ ক্রেতা যদি কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রি-প্রোগ্রামিং করতে ইচ্ছুক থাকেন তাহলে ক্রেতাকে কুরিয়ার চার্জ বহন করতে হবে। 
• ক্রেতা এক বছর পর্যন্ত ফ্রিতে রি-প্রোগ্রামিং সুবিধা এবং সাপোর্ট পাবেন। এক বছর পরে ত্রুটিযুক্ত পেনড্রাইভে রি-প্রোগ্রামিং এবং সাপোর্ট এর জন্য ক্রেতাকে চার্জ দিতে হবে।
• কোন ধরণের সফটওয়্যার/সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স ক্রয়ের পর তা রিটার্ন অথবা রিফান্ড যোগ্য নয়।
• কুরিয়ার এর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা অবশ্যই পণ্য ভাঙ্গা থাকলে অথবা প্যাকেট ছেঁড়া থাকলে কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য রিসিভ করবে না। কুরিয়ারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ক্রেতা রিসিভ করলে তা নিজ দায়িত্বে করতে হবে এবং এই ব্যাপারে পরে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
• অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাবার পর পণ্যে মেনুফেকচারিং বা যেকোনো ত্রুটি থাকলে আমাদের হটলাইনে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।
• ওয়ারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্য একদম শেষ তারিখ পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে।

In case of warranty, if our product is found in issue condition such as broken/burnt/burnt/open/leaking etc. then the full responsibility of the product shall be borne by the buyer. In this case, no warranty can be obtained.

The product is not eligible for return after receiving the product from the delivery staff as per the description on our website, it does not support your particular device or you no longer wish to buy it. Because we provide software with many licenses on PC-MASTER devices.

Defective products are exchangeable from us. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to re-program it or change it.

If the buyer wishes to exchange or re-programming the defective pen drive through courier, the buyer will have to bear the courier charges.

Buyer will get free re-programming facility and support for up to one year. Re-programming and support for defective pen drives after one year will be charged to the buyer.

Any kind of software/software license is not eligible for return or refund after purchase.

In the case of courier, the buyer must not receive the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the buyer receives the product damaged in the courier, it should be done at his own risk and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.

In case of online order, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is any manufacturing defect or any defect in the product, please inform our hotline within 24 hours.

Warranted products are covered by warranty till the expiry date.
